We went to the bank to sign the papers on the new loan that I have been doing over the internet and by phone.
When it came to sign the actual loan only my wife had to sign, wait a minute I own half of that property.
She said the county said that your wife is the only owner.
Went to the county sure enough we are both on the property as owners.
Looked at the papers some more and saw that they had used the 4 acres we have that is adjoining the other 33 acres, that piece is in my wife's name only. (long story don't ask.)
The used the address for the 33 but the description for the 4 and then called it 40 acres.
I called the lady that set this up for me and she said that we could go ahead with it as it is or wait another 15 days to get it straightened out.
Hey if they want to make the loan on my wife's 4 acres that OK with me.
Think I should wait 15 days or take what they have.
I took what they had on the papers, I ain't no Fool. Walt
