All I can say is a get a commerical series zero turn and you"ll be happy. BTDT. I have a TORO 72" model with the 27 HP liquid cooled motor..Cut our mowing time from 8 hrs on a heavy duty riding mower to 3.5 hours on a zero turn. (about 4 acres). Exmark is also a TORO brand which a very good machine. The machines are not cheap, but you should be able to find a model to fit your budget. There are some other makes out there that are also good- JD, kubota...
