No. Get a quality made brake control box from a trailer supply house, and install as directed. The reference is made to the pendullum controlled rheostat or other control device inside. All brake boxes are not equal. Use advice from a hauler, and remember; You Get What You Pay For! Somebody advise this fellow, before we meet him loaded out on a curvey mountain road! Tom S.
