I live in a brown recluse area, and have been bitten by one. I kill them all. One female can produce 80 off spring. A shed or out building in our area can become infested in a short time. I spray quite regularly. The small ones are bad, but these things can get big. I have seen them as large as 50 cent coin or dollar coin. Those I am afraid of, they are very aggressive also. They can travel to! I had a coworker at my former job that was retired from Chrysler Corp. He worked in Detroit or Lansing in one of the factories. He was uncrating some machinery, or parts from South America. He had one fall on him, and bite him on the forhead, still has the scar to this day. That was years ago.
