It still amazes me though that people would rather complain than do something about it. I see it every day people backed out into the road waiting to get through the McDonalds drive through all running or sitting in the parking lot talking on their cell phone with their car running. I don't pay much attention other than to say that most people can off set a big part of the increase by being a little wiser about their everday choices.
