Get any help you can, where you can. Try to keep movin', however slow. Talk to other people in pain, there are lots of them. I know lady, can't even get out of bed, takes lithium, and calls lots of people on phone and encourages them. I get a blessing just seeing her. If you know the Lord, he feels your pain. I still have pain, do volunteer jobs, real slow.
