The article from the link says 27 have had driving while intoxicated charges in their lives. Thats a little different than 84 out of 535 in one year. A little different meaning 400% high if there were 27 in just one year, let alone a lifetime. If you said that each congressmen has been 21 for at least 27 years then that 84 claim is off by 53,500%
