I just drove over and previewed some to the stuff at MacFaddens first big spring auction - Sharon Springs, New York. What a mess after the 8" heavy spring snow we just got. I didn't stay long since I was dragging a four-year old kid with me and he fell in a snow bank and got pretty wet.
I saw a couple of pieces I'd wanted to leave bids on - but Jim Macfadden wouldn't take any absentee bids - which kind of surprised me. There's a JD300 with hoe on it I'd buy if cheap, also a one-row potato planter, an IH 500 dozer, and also the little Avery in one the photos. A lot of old Cases, IHs, Cats, Fordsons, etc.
It's a pretty neat place even without the big auction. Acres and acres of woods filled with antique tractors. Largest antique tractor salvage yard I've ever been to.
