He would come out and talk nearly every day. HE used that word to describe certain people. Like the ones that were rioting in Detroit at the time. Remember that? Anyway,that word has the same meaning to me that it had to him. A black person who is themselves,a racist. They don't want to be a part of mainstream society. They're troublemakers.
