Or is it that they are looking for/at the people that live well under the poverty level and figure they need the help a lot more then the ones that live on say $50,000 a year and have 3 people in the house. I know I live on less then $1500 a month and did work hard till the doctor said I could not any more. I also got screwed by S.S. because it took 5 years to win my claim and that lost me 2.5 years of back pay and $2500 in lawyer fees to boot
