But whos to say whats right and whats not? If my son messes up and I pop his butt with a belt and it leaves a slight bruise, or a small welt, am I abusing my child. I dont think so, but some jerk from DSS might see it as abuse. I got my butt wore out many times, and my old man may have missed a time or 2 and got my leg, or my back, but it wasnt child abuse!
