Things used to be OK, here, but there are a lot of young punks on crack and meth roaming the area.. no jobs, all they care about is the next fix of dope.. they get wired up, steal a car, and go on stealing sprees that last for days, until the high wears off and they collapse for several days.. I know this sounds cold, but the hard-core doper thieves do not last long..
