I always lock my cars up. One day 2 years ago, I had my work truck warming in my driveway-it is only 12 feet from my front door, and had done it that way for several years. Yes, some low life just got in and drove off with it! They get locked warming up now no matter what! Must be most of 10 years ago, some really bad murdering dude was known to be heading west on I80, I believe he was an escapee. Anyway, the police told everyone to lock up their cars in the rural areas. One guy was quoted as saying that he kept his vehicle unlocked, with the keys in it, because he did not want the guy getting any more aggitated than he already was-seemed prudent at the time! Greg

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
