And as far as lowering the gas price, of which the government doesn't have any control over, look at it this way. I figure in my area gas is an average $3.80/gal, my refund will be about $1600, so that equals about 421 gallons with an average of around 20 miles/gal, that's 8,420 miles of driving. Guess what, we average driving our primary car about 7,000 miles per year, so that's well over a year of gas given back to me. I'm happy.
