In MN a man had placed 100' of field stone boulders into the water/mud of his property on a lake(just six feet wide to stabilize his frontage to allow realistic access to the actual water W/O getting into mud. Fined many $$$ Had to remove all Stone (big $$$) Maybe they just grew there? JimN
