Try feeding an 80 HP gas engine for a day or two and you'll go wimpering back to 4 dollar diesel pretty quick. I'd sooner that than double the amount of gas even if it is a few cents cheaper... For what it's worth, dyed diesel is closer to $4.50 here today; 87 gas is the same price and road diesel is closer to $5.25. Those prices are for US gal in Cad dollars. Ironically, furnace oil is $3.51.....
