Fuel is a very hard thing to find leaking. One problem could be that the lines where you are putting the new washers on are not flat. Just take a flat fine file to flatten them if so. every bolt, screw, and lever in that pump has a seal, you have to be really sure where the fuel is coming from or it can drive you crazy. If your sure it is coming from the lines where you say, pull them off, make sure thier flat and have no cracks. make sure the surfaces on the pump doesn"t have any burrs. If you still can"t find it, find yourself a mechanic to look at it. Some mechanics like to work on the side for cash (cheap).
