Great items in Canada. They can be imported at age 15 years without tax and high licensed as a "collector's car". Put a sticker on the tailgate that says "Right Hand Drive", a license plate, low cost collectors insurance and away you go.
The width and length of an ATV but has a locking rain tight cab with heat & AC to lockup your hunting gear. Carries 1000lbs. Seats two legally. 4X4 with locking diffs.
Costs about 1/2 the price of a new ATV.
At age 5 yrs in Japan they are given a very expensive annual safety check called "shaken". Any little flaw or wear anywhere is replaced. The idea is to force Japanese citizens with vehicles is to purchase new rather than repair older vehicles.
Japan doesn't use salt on roads so the chassis isn't rusted. Miles are low due to high fuel prices and congested highways.
