True story some years back when I was stationed at Ft. Hood. The Army had cattle there that they raised for other bases and posts. One Friday night a couple of guys in my Company got tanked up, really tanked up, drove one of their Thunderbirds out onto one of the ranges, killed a head, lopped its leg off, and commenced to barbequing it right there while the head laid dead not far away. They were whooping it up and getting more tanked up when the MP"s rode up horseback and ended their party and military careers. Those guys were in Ft. Leavenworth when I left Ft. Hood. That kind of destruction of government property"s some serious business, and that surely must"ve been a party NOT to remember when they sobered up.
