Like you,I'd like to hear from a cop or lawyer. I WILL tell you that when I've told certain Sheriffs deputies that I was going to shoot if I had to to protect my cattle,they told me "go ahead,you have the right to protect your property". Problem is,I've threatened to "shoot to kill" in front of another deputy in particular and he said "go ahead and I'll have you in jail for murder".
