I couldn't find what you were talking about persay, after going to Illinois EPA site (said was moved), and under Illinois Farm Bureau's site, although I did find under IFB a referrence to a proposed law SB 268 with regards to diesel fuel, and other referrences to that online, tying it to include AG use, but not much on it specifically.
If you can find something on it and post it, I'm sure would be appreciated by many or all. That kind of stuff spreads from one state to another like cancer. When politicians get involved in "trying to do the right thing", one thing leads to another, and the next thing you know all refridgerators have to be combination part time washing machines and dryers...and toilets.
