Enough will be enough when people stop going to the gas stations and buying gas like crack addicts. Prices are driven buy what the market can get for something. If you can charge 10 dollars for a gallon of milk and the competition doesn't get you people will pay it if they want milk. If I owned an oil company I would keep raising the price until people quit coming to my stations and then I would know how much they love gas. Then you realize what the top of the market will pay and there you have it. If somebody comes along and charges less so everybody goes there you have to lower your price. How can these oil people feel sorry for americans that are having a hard time filling up their $100,000 dollar boat with twin 502 big blocks with 300 gallons of fuel for $1000 dollars? This is so they can dick around Lake Michigan for a weekend and make a bunch of noise. Or if your having trouble filling up your $49,000 dollar Duramax pickup and $40,000 dollars worth of 4 new snowmobiles with the $8,000 dollar trailer dragging it to the UP of Michigan for the weekend so you can ride around and make a bunch of noise again. People in this country are bored and insane with their habits. 5 billion other people around the world are trying to survive every day on less than a dollar a day and we are complaining about our horrible $3 dollar gas. We need to get some new hobbies besides driving all the time in oversized vehicles to recreate. I am quite sure we will see $9-$10 dollar a gallon gas in the next 15 years and people will still buy it.
