We have a Harmon fire place insert pellet stove and we love it. It's in our basement and keeps it toasty down there and makes the wood floors upstairs feel a lot warmer.Does it save me money? I think so, The propane furnace does not run that offten with the stove going. But I think if my teenage kids would close the door behind them when they go out would save me even more. I paid $136 a ton for 3 tons last fall.
