From 1959 until about 1970 we ran a 60 and a 730 gas on a JD 14T and 24T baler, and we were replacing the front pto joint every year.When we finally put the 4020 on the baler we never replaced another u joint. Some of the guys said the u joints went out because the PTO shaft is a little offset on the 2 CYL tractors but I don't think so. Jim
