Grew up on a dairy farm and went to work for the U.S. Government after high school testing all the wheel and track laying vehicles such as the M60 Main Battle Tank and the M1A1 Abrams Tank. For several years I had been driving by a farm house on the west side of Indianapolis that had a John Deere combine parked in high weeds in a lot behind the house.
