Sounds like the XUD Peugeot engine that's in THOUSANDS, possibly millions, of vehicles in Europe & UK. Parts easy to source over the pond, there's bound to be somewhere online e.g. http://www.eurocarparts.com.
Very reliable engines so unlikely to need many parts for them. I had a friend who clocked up 260,000 miles on one & 220,000 on another with no engine work at all & both were running when he sold them.
