Is there a city connected with the company name? There used to be a Schultz Mfg. Co. in Waterloo, IA. but I don't think they are in business anymore. They weren't in the phone book anyway. You might have better luck finding a name on the gearbbox and finding a local power transmission company who sells them. Next step would be to have a machinest make one. Good Luck!
