While it may soon be illegal for a farmer to smoke out in the middle of a 100 acre plot while plowing (without a soul around), there is a saving grace.
After he is done plowing he can go to the cassino (I had to spell it wrong because the silly filters on this site would not let me use the word) and smoke in a public place with thousands of people in a confined space, where the exits are hidden from view.
Makes all the sense??
God forbid if Iowa banned smoking in a cassino as they get 4% of their budget from the profits of the casinos.
