a diet in jail? well if the person committing the crime was aware that would happen maybe he or she would not do what got them there. I have seen a few people go to prison and come out FAT and thought punishment must have been good to him but my thought is why feed them better than the military they get the M.R.E's on their training and a balanced diet and are required to maintain a fit body so why should prison be better than that diet sounds good to me for criminals.
I don't smoke but the legislators shouldn't get involved in personal legal habits unless it involves other people having to breath it. When other people ride with me they have to wait till the trip is over to have a smoke
