Something like alcohol prohibition,if miles from anywhere do you think the law will be obeyed?? but when sueing for compensation,no hope. I think the whole thrust of this leglislation everywhere is to stop the expenditure of $$billions treating these self inflicted diseases and free up space in hospitals. When one stops smoking,your sense of smell returns and its a delight to be able to smell the flowers,trees etc but not so the obnoxious tobacco smoke from other smokers and you ask yourself,self,I say, did I inflict that putrid smell on all those others when I smoked,and the answer is always,YES.
