My 706 gas has just one long narrow 12 volt battery on the right hand side of the tractor. Six cell caps at roughly two volts each. I bought mine at Theisens Farm Store. They had two levels of the 12 volts - one with a lessor cranking amps and one with more. Also, they had the long narrow six volt batteries. Since the braided ground cable and insulated positive cable are so short it doesn't cost much to renew both of those items also. Goodluck.
