I seen some strange things when I worked in my friend's shop..I've seen copper wire turn green on the ends and screw up a computer, I've seen computers screw up and have to be replaced, one a Dodge van..$700 for the computer. If you are under warranty demand a new computer, if the one in it isn't giving codes for a shut down stall out I'd be suspicious of the computer..coils and cam pick ups..maybe but the computer should show a code for failed ignition..fuel shut down same thing there should be a code to tell what has happened... our scan tool would even tell which cylinder was misfiring...they should know.. the computer is the starting point of this repair.
