Just a word of warning. If you doctor say do not do something DON'T do it. I had back surgery years ago and didn't listen and because I didn't I am now disabled and will be for the rest of my life. Take it easy and as I said if your doctor says don't drive or lift do as he says your heath isn't worth doing things you should not do yet and then you try and it will turn around and get you big time I know it did me. So kick back take it easy and let others do the work and you sit there and take it and don't do it your self
