Bob: I am not denying that Kruse will succeed in making mass amounts of money. Undoubtedly they will do just that, with or without us at the sale. In my opinion, though, on a sale worth potentially 100s of millions of dollars, on which they will likely make millions of dollars of commission, Kruse DOES NOT need to charge for everything, which nickels and dimes their buyers to death.
Just think of it like I do. Going to an auction is just like going shopping at a local store (your Wal-Mart or whatever). You browse through an inventory, and exchange money for the goods you wish to purchase. Now, if you were to go shopping at your local store: Would you pay to enter the parking lot? Would you pay again to enter the store? Would you pay again for the privilege to buy in the store? Would you hand the cashier $50 while you browsed the inventory? Would you pay the price of your purchased goods plus 20% more? If you wouldn't do all these things at your local store, then why do it at an auction?
