My out of pocket will be very little. New seats and guides if needed. Guides are probly a for sure but I have bought these tractors that people have had the heads rebuilt with new guides along with new pistons and rings on the bottom side only to put standard bearings on a ground crank and when it knocked they parked it and let the rain rust it up. You never know until you get your mic's out and start checking parts.
