dcroeker- I pulled out the part you described and sure enough the resistor was badly rusted and the plug had broken contact with the unit. When I pulled of the plug, the one spade broke off from rust. Also my plug needs to be replaced because it too is in bad shape. The plug looks like it got hot and was partially melted. One of the other posters said NAPA may have it so I will check with them today. I hope they have the plug as well.Thank-you you to all who replied to this topic.
