ya'll right about only one thang so far--she gonna curfew me for sure. Gonna have to hook up the ole laptop in the barn and tell her I'm working. That'll fool her for a while. You calling me cranky? Burr, you're more stubborn then a Missoura mule caught in barbed war. Must come from trying to keep those ole tractors running and cussin at them and passing all those purty new machines your neighbors got. bo

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet).
