Friend has a Charlynn PS set up on his H with a dedicated pump. The previous owner set it up on the upper left side-then cut a hole with a torch to fit the cap through the hood. We cleaned the hole up with a die grinder but its a working tractor so we left it at that for now. A little bit of work and ingenuity and I think we can make it fit right under the hood. The big problem then is hood would have to come off to add oil to the system.
