Rusty Jones checking in: I'm 83 plus, been a tractor mechanic, auto body man, auto mechanic, Volunteer fireman, Fire Policeman, a Bluegrass banjo picker, and now a lawn tractor and lawn mower repairman. Other than that, i'm not too busy! I enjoy reading about the tractors, etc. and have learned a lot from the other parts of this forum. Somebody asked me why i don't sit back and quit working. I tell them--if i quit, i'll probably croak! I spent my summers on my Grand-dads farm, helping out as best a young feller could.. Am a veteran of WW II, lost my left foot in France-never went back to look fer it--that ocean is just too deep and wide fer me! So, i'll give advice if i know it. Otherwise, thanks fer letting me post here in farm country!
