Thanks for the info. What is a wiring harness? The quote I received was from a person who rebuilds equipment and resells it - but I want to be sure that I'm getting ALL the wiring replaced that is necessary for operation of the machine even if I need to pay a little more. Rats got into the wiring when I started parking under a pole barn, and the wires to the battery as well as other sites have been chewed up. I'm not knowledgeable about the elec. system of a tractor and want to be sure I'm not getting taken because of that.
