I think that unless you're a very lucky fellow and you have a head gasket issue (which I rather doubt) there is a fault with your block in that cylinder. If it was mine, I'd have the head off and see if an there was an apparent head gasket issue and if not I'd keep on trucking and pull that liner. Hope this helps, tractorsam
