More then likely there will not be an auction of any of these items until this case has come to some sort of settlement in the courts. I am sure that there are some clauses in the Aumanns contracts that prevent the sale of the contracted items outside of their auction and more legal mumbo jumbo then any of us are aware of. Not only that but if Kruse knowingly bought items that he knew were under contract to a fellow auction house I would be surprised if there werent some legal ramifications that can be placed upon his bond!
I am quite sure that it will make for some interesting depositions!
