Any one think , Check to make sure the nut on the throttle shaft that goes into the pump is not lose, That the throttle arm turns sound's to me like its lose enuff that when he returns the hand throttle to idle it cacthes and when he throttle's up it turns and go's back to idle ,Flex rig they wont run they will start die right out .
