We are going to see a lot of older construction equipment coming out of california in the next few years. California has outlawed all diesel powered equipment over a few years old not equipped with emissions equipment and is run over 500 hours a year. The only option is to buy new or repower older machinery with new Politically Correct diesels. You can guess that the equipment manufactures were strong a supporter of that legislation.
