Americans on the average keep getting richer and many fewer rank as poorer, so it would stand to reason that there would be more billionares. If the rich kept getting richer than there should be less or equal number of billionares, not 400 more in a mere 20 year period. That old line was programmed into our mind by labor unions decades ago as a means to gain power and reduce the number of right to work states. I guess then we should have less rich people and more people in the lower income bracket so that we don't have companies that create jobs and income - "oh stupid me I almost forgot, the goverment create jobs - right?
