I think it is probably a 350 gas, as it was a Silverado, and the Siverado package included the 350. Not close, but my wifes 94 Blazer had 245,000 miles when I sold it to a coworker. He has put 20K more on it, it still doesn't use oil. When the Blazer had 170K, it had a problem with leaking inmanifold seal, an air leak, not coolant. Since the manifold had to be removed, I had the shop replace the water pump, serpentine belt, all the hoses, and the ground wire to the block. Just as a PM. Seemed to work, that was the only repair done.
