Had the same thing happen with my dad's estate in Ohio. My brither and I had to re-open the estate, file the proper forms to get the money. The lawyer got about 1/3 of it, but I kind of thought since it was his oversight he should have done it free. No real complaints, wasn't much money. If I hadn't had a very observant nephew, we wouldn't have got anything. Like Dad always said "One lawyer in town will starve, two lawyers both make money". Sorry about the corral rrlund, had a similar experience with a guy out of gas a few weeks ago. Oh well!! Paul
