Many of the Indian Mahindras are built on the same platform as the tractors International Harvester sold around 1959 - 1960. I've got a few - two IH B-275s and one IH B-414. Some of the new tractors retain up to 80% of the same parts used in the early 60s.
When I buy new parts, over the counter from the Case-IH dealer, they come in a Mahindra wrapper.
In regard to your 6000 though, it has an updated transmission with constant-mesh gears instead of sliding spur-gears.
