First check for fuel filters on truck. Maybe along lines to tank. Then check the fuel pump. Not for sure if it is in tank on that or on engine. This will become weak and pump at times and then lose pressure. I am having same problem out of my 97 dodge 318. But to cold to get down and looking. The dodge seems to be loaded with vacum lines. I have found a lose one and a broken one. Even lines on tranny of 4x4. This causes some kind of mess up for the engine to. Lot depending on the weather outside. Warmer the better the vac works if lose.. but cold is another problem. Hope this has been some help to you. Perhaps someone might have better info.
