A nurse at the Veterans Hospital recommended CRISCO to rub into cracked feet..says the base is what all those fancy products use anyway. This is the first winter in many years that I havn't had cracked feet/hands I rub it in good, wife put some large towels UNDER the sheets, at the bottom of the bed, so if any rubs on the sheets it won't stain the mattress.
